Position: Wine Server – Vino Volo – Philadelphia Airport

The Associate role involves providing sophisticated customer service and wine expertise at the tasting bar, lounge, or retail section to charm and captivate Vino Volo customers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year college degree is favored; minimum of one year experience as a server in a full-service restaurant, wine bar, or equivalent hospitality position; must be 21 years of age; skilled at delivering excellent customer service; enthusiasm for wines and willingness to learn more; reliable and responsible; Serve Safe certification for alcohol and food handling; proficient in using retail point-of-sale systems; able to pass required TSA screening and background check; ability to communicate effectively in English; available for overtime or late shifts due to flight delays; able to lift, carry, push, pull, and balance up to 50 pounds; maintain current adult beverage certification
