Position: Wine Sales & Service
About: Total Wine & More, the country’s largest independent retailer of fine wine, beer, and spirits, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in their retail stores. This role offers opportunities for growth and industry expertise in a dynamic retail environment.
Requirements: 21 years of age or older; Experience in Wine Sales, Wine Service, or related food/beverage/hospitality industry; Ability to work a flexible schedule; Experience using technology applicable to the position; Desire to develop retail sales skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Value collaboration and teamwork; WSE, Sommelier, or other industry certification preferred; Physically able to walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.; Ability to be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
