Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; High School Diploma or equivalent required; Two years of management experience preferred; Strong Knowledge of wine necessary; Three years or more experience in retail or on-premise setting; CSW Certification an advantage; CSW Certification required to maintain position; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Provide an extremely high level of customer service; MS Office knowledge required; Ability to work in a fast-paced setting; Organized with great attention to detail; Self-Motivated; Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
