Position: Wine Bar Bartender (PM) – Centennial Plaza
About: The Grand Centennial Hotel, located on the Gulf Coast, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Barback/Bartender to join their team. The hotel aims to provide exceptional service and maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction, creating an inviting atmosphere for all patrons both indoors and outdoors.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; 1 to 2 years serving in a high-volume Food and Beverage environment; Twenty-One years of age or older; able to free-pour to recipe and specification, extensive knowledge of mixed cocktails and frozen drinks; good reading, writing, mathematical, and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts; ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision; good judgment and decision-making abilities; health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness certification; cash handling skills required; ability to represent the restaurant positively in public and on social media.
