Position: Wine Bar Bartender (AM) – Centennial Plaza
About: The Grand Centennial Hotel, located on the Gulf Coast, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bartender to deliver exceptional service and maintain a vibrant and inviting atmosphere for both internal and external guests. The ideal candidate will uphold company standards, provide excellent product knowledge, and ensure an optimal guest experience at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; 1 to 2 years of experience serving in a high-volume Food and Beverage environment; must be Twenty-One years of age or older; able to free-pour to recipe and specification, extensive knowledge of mixed cocktails and frozen drinks; good reading, writing, mathematical, and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts; ability to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision; good judgment and decision-making abilities; health permit/food safety and Alcohol Awareness certification; cash handling skills required; must represent the Restaurant positively in public settings and on Social Media.
