Position: WFM Supervisor

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2 years of leadership experience focused on building culture, performance, and problem-solving skills; WFM scheduling experience in a customer service environment preferred; ability to evaluate data to identify creative solutions to business needs.
