Requirements: 1-3 years of related welding experience; Ability to pass Textron’s aluminum MIG (GMAW) and/or TIG (GTAW) weld test procedure; Ability to successfully complete onboarding procedures in preparation to pass aluminum weld qualification test requirements; Note: Level will be determined based on weld test results; Must have high school diploma, GED or equivalent certificate, or bronze level (or higher) for ACT WorkKeys Certification
