Requirements: Strong computer skills required and basic knowledge of Google Suite; Professional phone etiquette; Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other relevant languages; US work authorization; Experience in customer service setting strongly preferred; Some college preferred; A flexible and positive attitude; A welcoming and nurturing attitude toward older adult patients; High level of integrity; Ability to embody ‘Oaky’ values
