Requirements: 0-2 years of customer service experience including supervisory responsibility; proven ability in showing initiative, good judgment; ability to make decisions independently; demonstrated written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with diverse groups of people in a friendly and consistent manner; basic computer skills; must be at least 18 years old
