Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and outgoing personality; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and time management skills; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
