Position: Weekend Event and Party Host
About: Life Time is a fitness and lifestyle company dedicated to helping individuals live a healthy and active life. The Kids Team Member-Parties role involves facilitating creative and entertaining children’s birthday parties and events in a fun and enthusiastic environment, engaging children in exciting activities and ensuring their safety throughout the party. This position requires interacting with members and guests professionally and organizing various games and activities for the children.
Requirements: High school diploma required; ability to work in a stationary position and move around the club for prolonged periods of time; ability to communicate effectively with guests about Life Time products and services; ability to bend and lift more than 20 lbs routinely; first aid certification required within the first 60 days of hire; infant/child and adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire; completion of all state or federal requirements prior to the first day of work
