Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; meet the legal age to serve alcohol and pass responsible serving course; obtain and provide Food Handlers card; handle stressful situations calmly; demonstrate positive attitude and willingness to learn; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations; ability to handle numerical operations, read, comprehend, and write instructions; effectively deal with customers and staff; maintain high level of trust, responsibility, and good judgment.
