Position: Wedding & Event Coordinator

About: Walters Wedding Estates, part of the Walters Hospitality brand, is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our venue guests have the best possible experience. We are looking for someone who is confident in their communication skills, detail-oriented, and dedicated to getting the job done right.

Requirements: Required Experience: Food and Beverage experience preferred; Required Certifications: TABC and Serve Safe Food Handlers certifications are required; Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Extreme Ownership: Take full responsibility for your tasks and ensure their successful completion; Enthusiasm: Show a genuine passion for helping clients and making their events memorable; Attention to Detail: Exhibit meticulous attention to every aspect of your work; Confidence: Believe in your abilities to coordinate and execute events successfully; Excellent Communication: Maintain a positive attitude while communicating effectively with co-workers and clients; Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 8-12 hours; Background Requirements: Must complete and pass a background check and drug test

Benefits: Part-time: Weekends & Evenings, $19.00 – $22.00 per hour, 401k plan with a 4% Match
