Position: Watt Line Cook Part Time
About: Watt Hotel – Rahway, NJ is currently seeking a Line Cook to join their team. Line Cooks at Watt Hotel are responsible for all aspects of the kitchen, including service, sanitation, safety, menu knowledge, and station set up. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction with part-time dinner service coverage required.
Requirements: Experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant or hotel food and beverage outlet required; Minimum one (1) year experience as a line cook required, with experience in steak and other proteins; Dinner service and breakfast service experience required, with dinner service as the primary duty of this position
