Position: Water/Wastewater Technical Manager
About: Michael Baker International’s Water Group provides innovative consulting, planning, and engineering solutions for the entire spectrum of the water cycle. The company has proven experience in providing a full range of professional services from scientific and technical analysis to construction support services.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering with an emphasis on water resources and/or environmental engineering, or related engineering field required; 7-10 years of relevant engineering design experience; Professional Engineer registration in Illinois; Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, as are strong analytical and computational abilities; Experience with Hydraulic Modeling of water distribution and sewer collection systems; Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, Outlook, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; Experience with GIS, and other engineering software is a plus; Experience developing technical specifications and vendor coordination
