Position: Washing Potato – Specialty Master Cook (Wok)

The Master Cook position assists the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in food preparation, plating, and maintaining quality standards for the restaurant’s offerings.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two or more years of prior relevant experience in a luxury high-volume property preferred; complete knowledge of health and safety regulations; in-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operations, especially large-volume production; extensive kitchen technical knowledge and understanding of current culinary trends; ability to read, follow recipes and procedures; excellent organizational skills with attention to detail under time constraints; willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with high call volume
