Position: Warehouse Supervisor
About: LHH is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a warehousing and distribution client on the West Side of Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves leading a warehousing team that distributes products across the US, implementing process improvements, and contributing to the continual growth of the organization. The compensation ranges between $70,000-75,000 per year plus bonus and includes a comprehensive benefit package, Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of operations supervision experience within a warehousing and/or distribution environment is required; Must have experience working with an ERP and/or WMS system (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan, Red Prairie, etc.); Must have experience resolving/preventing safety-related issues and reportables in a warehousing and/or distribution setting; Must possess the ability to maintain a high level of detail and integrity while executing responsibilities; Must have experience partnering with colleagues at all levels of an organization to drive priorities
