Position: Warehouse Supervisor
About: Responsible for on-site coordination and operations management at a warehouse facility, ensuring seamless processes from receiving to shipping, inventory accuracy, and compliance with customer standards. Act as a liaison between warehouse teams and customers to optimize service quality and operational efficiency. Monitor and enforce quality control measures, compliance with safety regulations, and industry laws. Provide technical support for system maintenance and troubleshooting to enhance warehouse productivity and customer satisfaction. Manage resources and risks to prevent operational disruptions and ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain management principles; strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environments
