Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; four years of experience in heavy equipment and parts sales in the road construction or asphalt industry; experience managing a large warehouse highly preferred; previous management or supervisory experience preferred; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders
