Position: Warehouse Operations Manager
About: We are a company seeking a leader to implement our 3PL strategy, integrate new software, and drive process improvement in warehouse operations.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Warehouse Operations Manager or similar role for at least 3 years; Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices, including detailed knowledge of WMS; Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); Hands-on experience with WMS software and databases; Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound LTL shipments; Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage staff; Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
