Position: Warehouse Operations Manager
About: LHH Recruitment Solutions is thrilled to partner with a growing company in Salem, Oregon for a Branch Operations role. This position involves leading and inspiring a team, overseeing both Warehouse and Branch Operations, and driving new processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a sales mindset, and a passion for leadership.
Requirements: 5+ years’ experience in overseeing operations within distribution, wholesale, or warehouse environments; proven track record of supervising direct reports for three years; educational background includes a high school diploma or GED; well-versed in branch operations for wholesale distribution and inventory management principles; skilled in using MS Office Word and Excel; general understanding of sales and marketing processes and techniques; knowledgeable about governmental regulations related to product distribution, including OSHA regulations, Worker’s Compensation, and Hazardous Materials Handling; excellent HR management skills, including recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees
