Position: Warehouse Operations Manager
About: Europerfumes, the leading US distributor of artisanal fragrance brands, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily workflows and drive continuous improvement across its three locations. The company, founded in 1997, manages a diverse portfolio of over 15 independent brands, including Commodity Fragrances, Twisted Lily, Juliette Has a Gun, and Dr. Vranjes, with a focus on direct-to-consumer digital storefronts, social media presence, and retail distribution partnerships with renowned brands like Sephora, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and more.
Requirements: 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably overseeing multiple locations; strong leadership skills with experience managing teams; ability to identify and drive process improvements; comfortable using data and reports to monitor performance and make decisions; hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
