Position: Warehouse Manager – Nights
About: Industry leading distribution company in the Etna, OH area is seeking a Night Warehouse Manager to join their growing team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the strategic and operational management of all warehouse activities. The individual will lead a large team, optimize warehouse processes, ensure efficient inventory control, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in warehouse management, a proven track record of leadership, and a deep understanding of modern warehouse technologies and best practices with a strong attention to detail.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred; Proven track record of successfully managing large warehouse operations; Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other warehouse technologies; Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment; In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices; Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements; Experience with lean manufacturing or six sigma methodologies is a plus; Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or similar are a plus
