Position: Warehouse Manager, Nights
About: US Foods is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead with a safety-first mindset and drive operational excellence in the warehouse. This role involves overseeing warehouse associates, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring efficient workflow to meet productivity targets.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred; minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution required; minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce required; broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods, and procedures; strong leadership, communication, and people development skills; familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements; ability to interpret financial and operational data; basic computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office); must be able to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, driving occasionally, and sitting frequently
