Position: Warehouse Manager – Nights
About: Industry-leading distribution company in the Etna, OH area is seeking a Night Warehouse Manager to join their growing team. This critical leadership role is responsible for the strategic and operational management of all warehouse activities, leading a large team, optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring efficient inventory control, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; proven track record of successfully managing large warehouse operations; strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other warehouse technologies; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment; in-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices; familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements; experience with lean manufacturing or six sigma methodologies is a plus; certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or similar are a plus
