Position: Warehouse Manager – New York Area
About: Our client, a consumer products company based in Nassau County, NY, is in search of a Warehouse Manager to oversee a 30,000 square foot facility. The business is SKU intensive with a focus on B2B operations, requiring expertise in PICK AND PACK processes. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on leadership qualities and be well-versed in warehouse management systems.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; Minimum of 7 years experience as a Warehouse Manager; Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices; Experience with Business 2 Business operations; Previous experience with WMS software and EDI/UPC bar codes; Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership abilities; Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays; Knowledge of legal requirements for operating a warehouse; Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
