The Warehouse Manager position is crucial for the effective management of venue distribution/warehouse operations at Subaru Park, an 18,500-seat Major League Soccer stadium in Philadelphia. The role involves overseeing inventory, purchasing, ordering, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth event operations and a positive work environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3-5 years warehouse/distribution experience; minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience; forklift certification; strong communication skills; ability to make sound business decisions under pressure; proficiency in English; solid computer skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of concession operations, safety standards, and sanitation requirements; valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required; ability to handle cash transactions accurately
