Position: Warehouse Manager
About: Kinetic Brands, a full-stack brand incubator, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead their growing team and oversee logistics operations in Passaic, NJ. The company owns a portfolio of digital brands that are unique and have a strong following. The Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production and distribution of products within a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
Requirements: 5+ years of management experience in logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations; 5+ years of experience in an e-commerce fulfillment warehouse; expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices; strong knowledge of manufacturing and distribution KPIs; proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and logistics/inventory management software; organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; experience in the consumer goods industry preferred; bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred; excellent communication skills; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration is a plus; knowledge of quality assurance (QA/QC) in manufacturing is a plus
