Position: Warehouse Manager
About: Manages the coordination and movement of materials throughout the plant and warehouse, outside storage and yards. Leads high performance Material Handlers and Warehouse Loaders in all aspects of logistics and warehouse operations. Adheres to all Food Safety and Quality Standards specifically SQF systems.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelors Degree in a supply chain, logistics or business related field preferred; Minimum three (3) years successfully leading high performance teams and engaging team members; Proficient in Microsoft programs; Team leadership skills and project management proficiency; Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision; Excellent communication skills; Ability to perform formal root cause analysis; Ability to think ahead and plan over an extended time period.
