Position: Warehouse Manager
About: Conagra Brands is seeking a detail-oriented Materials Manager to oversee the coordination and movement of materials throughout the plant and warehouse, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality and optimizing logistics processes at various plant locations.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred; minimum of three (3) years experience in leading high-performance teams and engaging team members to drive business results; proficiency in Microsoft programs; strong team leadership and project management skills; self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
