Position: Warehouse Manager

Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing or related field or equivalent experience preferred; at least five (5) years of experience with materials management; at least three (3) years of supervisory experience; APICS certification preferred; experience using the Syteline or equivalent MRP application; at least one year of experience in implementation of lean manufacturing, 5S implementation, demand flow technology (DFT), and/or Six Sigma environment preferred; knowledge of LeanFlow and DFT (demand flow technology); demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and dependability; strong analytical skills with the ability to report and recommend solutions to challenges; ability to prioritize work based on delivery schedule; effective communication skills; excellent customer service skills; good interpersonal skills and listening ability; conflict management skills; change management skills; strong organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions; solid computer skills with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel; ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
