Position: Warehouse Manager
About: Kinetic Brands, a full-stack brand incubator, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead their growing team and oversee logistics operations in Passaic, NJ. The company owns a portfolio of digital brands known for their distinct identities, memorable products, and cult followings. The Warehouse Manager will ensure efficient production and distribution of products, driving operational efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: 5+ years of management experience in logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations; 5+ years of experience in an e-commerce fulfillment warehouse; Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices; Strong knowledge of manufacturing and distribution KPIs; Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and logistics software; Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Experience in the consumer goods industry preferred; Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration is a plus; Knowledge of QA/QC in manufacturing is a plus
