Position: Warehouse Maintenance Technician

Requirements: Technical degree, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Minimum of 5 years of building and equipment maintenance experience with two years maintaining automated material handling systems; Complete technical training in electronic controls, power distribution, and PLC troubleshooting; Experienced using electrical test equipment, hand tools, power tools, calipers, gauges; Experienced with reading and interpreting MEP drawings and schematics; High level of understanding of codes such as the NEC, BOCA, UBC, MSDS, and OSHA; Technical skills to become a subject matter expert for automated material handling systems; Design, implement, and document PLC programming changes to automated equipment when authorized; Understanding of power distribution, power generation, and control circuits; Troubleshoot and implement changes to I/O device networks such as ProfiBus, ASiBus, Data Highway, and CanBus; Experience with thermal imaging equipment to detect early failures of both mechanical and electrical equipment; Experienced with AC drives (set-up, programming, faults).
