Position: Warehouse Lead Industrial Engineer – Start-ups (Remote)
About: Ryder System is looking for a Lead Engineer to support the Continuous Improvement culture within the business, driving change through data-driven CI, Engineering, and Automation efforts to enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth. This position plays a crucial role in identifying and implementing process improvements and managing high-impact CI projects across operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain and 7+ years of related work experience; or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management and 5+ years of related experience; Lean Six Sigma certification required; cPMP, ISO/QMS certifications preferred; experience in data analysis, engineering methodologies, and warehouse operations essential
