Position: Wardrobe Supervisor

About: Wind Creek Chicago Southland (slated to open in Fall 2024!) will be an entertainment enthusiast’s dream destination — providing our Guests with, an onsite hotel, dining, bars, an event facility and more. We’re the first AAA Four Diamond Casino destination to Illinois and Northern Indiana, ideally and conveniently located for all south Chicago suburbs. Our unique gaming destination will include a luxury hotel with an indoor pool, fitness center and spa, a large capacity banquet facility, a state-of-the-art entertainment center, and an array of tempting dining options—all designed to provide our guests with world-class gaming experiences and the perfect escape. Our casino will offer over 70,000 square feet of gaming space including 56 table games, over 1,400 state-of-the-art slot machines, a sportsbook, poker room, and more. Requirements: High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment; Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older; Associate’s Degree in Related field– required OR Two (2) years’ Supervisory experience– required OR One (1) year experience as a Dual-Rate Supervisor in a Wind Creek Hospitality Department– required OR Two (2) years’ experience in the hiring position’s Department– required; Must possess competent knowledge and skill in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. A skills test to assess the level of competent will be administered; Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel programs; Must be able to walk for the duration of the shift and at times may have to bend, stoop and kneel; Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds required; Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, promotions and holidays; Willing and able to travel and participate in training as recommended or required; Must have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board as a requirement for this position
