Position: Waitstaff – The Residence at South Windsor
About: The Residence at South Windsor is currently seeking Servers to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service in a restaurant-style dining atmosphere for residents.
Requirements: Less than High School education required; ability to respond calmly to emergency situations, strong organization and time management skills, excellent communication in English, dedicated to providing excellent customer service, ability to handle multiple priorities; physical demands include finger and hand dexterity, visual and auditory acuity, ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs, push/pull carts, and perform various physical tasks.
