Position: Waitstaff-Server
About: Newport News, Virginia – The Waitstaff at Riverside Health System is responsible for providing residents and their guests exceptional service, ensuring a memorable dining experience by understanding menu options and dietary preferences. They collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely meal service.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; 1 year customer service experience in a hospitality environment preferred; required certifications include Food Handlers Card (FH) – VA State – ANSI-approved Food Handlers certificate program within 30 days, and Allergen Awareness Certification – VA State – ANSI-approved Allergen Awareness certificate program within 180 days.
