Position: Waitstaff
About: Franke Tobey Jones, a beautiful Continuing Care Retirement Community in North Tacoma, is seeking a full-time Dietary Aide/Waitstaff to join our Dining Services Team. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work as a team member, a current food handler’s card, and the ability to communicate in English both orally and written.
Requirements: Minimum Required Education: Reading English & effective communication skills required; Preferred Education: Prefer High School diploma or GED; Preferred Experience: Prefer at least 1 year experience in a restaurant food service capacity; Minimum Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people, particularly the elderly and their family members; ability to effectively organize and coordinate multiple priorities; ability to perform routine problem solving, under moderate pressure.
