Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively with the elder population, the public, and staff in a courteous manner; follow regulations for safe handling of food and service items; set up dining room tables for meals; take orders and serve promptly; clear tables after meal service; wash down tables and chairs. Some food service experience preferred but not necessary.
