Requirements: Minimum of 2 years Food & Beverage experience in a front of house role; Food & Beverage product knowledge; Proper knowledge of New York State Board of Health Food and alcohol handling rules a plus; Work well under pressure and have a professional appearance and demeanor; Prior wait staff experience required; Proven ability to listen, understand and communicate effectively; Commitment to guest service and ability to handle a high-energy environment; Experience using POS system; Available to work flexible hours; TEAM Certification a plus
