Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience leading a successful social media team, preferably at an enterprise company or large agency; subject matter expertise on best practices across social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok; proficiency with Sprinklr, Netbase, and creating captivating content for social; proven results in building social following, engagement, and business impact; strong relationship management skills, experience working cross-functionally and internationally, prior team management experience
