Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business; minimum of 5-7 years of Commercial Lending experience preferred; excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and within a team environment; strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Bankway, Salesforce, Google Mail, and LinkedIn; analytical and decision-making skills based on risk assessment
