Requirements: A bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is preferred. Background in event strategy, operations, management, and leadership, ideally within an innovation-driven or technology-centric organization. Strong strategic and thought leadership abilities with a track record of developing and implementing innovative event strategies. Client-centric mindset focused on delivering value and exceptional customer experience. Experience in P&L leadership, commercial success, and effective communication skills. Ability to thrive in an analytical, metric-oriented environment and cultivate strong relationships.
