Position: Volunteer, Special Events & Charity Coordinator

About: Simmons Bank Championship Presented by Stephens is seeking a Volunteer, Charity & Special Events Coordinator in Little Rock, AR to manage volunteer and charity programs for a PGA TOUR Champions event. Responsibilities include volunteer administration, community involvement, coordinating food and beverage trades, recruiting volunteer/charity groups, and overseeing charity involvement in tournament operations. Qualifications require a Bachelor’s degree and skills in multitasking, organization, communication, and teamwork. Travel and flexible hours are necessary.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; ability to manage multiple programs/projects concurrently with a highly detail-oriented and organized approach; proven effectiveness in managing organizational systems; capacity to work independently and as part of a team; ability to remain composed under pressure and produce high-quality work efficiently; effective communication skills with various stakeholders; highest degree of ethics and professional conduct; proactive, collaborative, self-starting, and team-oriented; exemplary written and oral communication skills; willingness to travel and work flexible hours; eligibility to work in the United States; pass drug screen and background check.
