Position: Vitamin/HBA Manager
About: Sprouts Farmers Market is a fast-growing retailer focused on providing high-quality, natural products to inspire healthier lifestyles. They are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Vitamin Manager to lead their Vitamin Department and ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership experience; possess good communication skills and the ability to give and take direction; perform general housekeeping in the department, including cleaning and dusting; adhere to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations; be willing to gain education on new products and alternative health; have strong organization and prioritization skills; be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, climbing, lifting heavy objects, and using equipment as required; achieve and maintain a Food Handlers permit; possess a working knowledge of personnel and financial reports; exhibit outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude towards team members and customers.
