Position: VIP Servers – Fort Lauderdale International Boat Shows
About: Proof of the Pudding is the exclusive premium catering and concessions partner with Informa U.S. Boat and Yacht Shows for major events in Florida. We are currently looking for VIP Banquet Servers to join our Front of House team for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS). This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your customer service skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent preferred; Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles preferred; Must be in or near Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; Must be available all event days – October 30-November 3; Typical event day schedule could be 8am-7pm; Orientation is mandatory and will be communicated at hire; Interviews will be via Zoom; Excellent listening and communication skills; Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client’s needs; The ability to work alone and as a team; The ability to learn and adapt quickly
