Requirements: One-year related experience in the New York market or a combination of education and experience; Opera experience; ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends; high school graduate; fluent in English; previous hotel training and experience; strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to stand for long periods; refined communication skills; self-efficacy; problem-solving skills under pressure; effective verbal and written communication; decision-making and confidentiality maintenance; enthusiasm in all work situations
