Position: VIP Lounge Bartender – Part Time, Fri/Sat evenings
About: Provides wine, liquor, and related bar service to guests at assigned stations. Adheres to the guest service requirements. The bartender provides wine, liquor, and related bar service to guests both public and internal. To ensure excellent bar service to guests and servers. Mix drinks according to prescribed recipes; keeps station stocked with all liquor, glasses, and accessories necessary; accounts for all beginning cash register bank, all cash, complimentary drink coupons, and charge receipts. Maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; flexibility in fingers and hands to operate cash register, pickup glasses, ice scoop and use a shot glass to measure liquor according to procedure; mathematical abilities, including addition and subtraction; ability to work with hands in ice for 8 to 10 hour shifts; ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hour shifts; ability to work in constricting areas; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; previous bartending experience.
