Position: VIP Host
About: VIP Hosts are responsible for booking tables and creating guest lists at the venue, negotiating table minimums, seating tables during shifts, and engaging in various marketing activities such as email blasts and social media outreach. The role also involves collaborating with management to ensure excellent guest service and promoting venue products to targeted customers. This position requires maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of menu items, utilizing suggestive selling techniques, and prioritizing safety in all aspects of the job. Additionally, the VIP Host should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet high customer service standards while complying with licensing and certification requirements.
Requirements: Minimum age of 21 years; High school diploma or equivalent; Possession of Health card, Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card, and any other necessary certifications; One year of promoting experience in a high-volume, cash-handling setting; In-depth knowledge of social media marketing; Familiarity with customer ordering practices for beverages; Strong customer service and communication skills; Professional appearance and demeanor; Proficiency in math, cash handling, and accuracy in making change; Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
