Position: VIP Bartender – Santa Fe
About: A bar in compliance with all company and health department standards, responsible for processing transactions and maintaining stocked inventory.
Requirements: Minimum age requirement is 21; effective communication skills; ability to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration; knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials, and after-dinner drinks; cash handling experience; understanding of alcohol classes, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and bar equipment.
